no help i changed out the whole throttle body and still have the same problem and same code popping up p1125 has anyone ever had this problem before and how did yall fix it?

my 2002 lexus is300 gas pedal has to be pushed to the ground to get a response. the code I got is p1125 which reads throttle body motor circuit malfunction... weird idling and all is in the mix. does anyone know how to fix it ?? or have had this problem before?
