RX400h: 05 so what do I need to watch?

I've just bought an old 05 RX400h from an independent dealer. 125,000 miles. Drives brilliantly so far - but what are the things I need to have done or to watch? Previously owned an old Honda CV-R which was bomb proof: I think we spent about £30 on it plus tires over 5 years! Obviously a car of this class will cost more to maintain - but any tips?

Anyone know a good independent Lexus specialist in the Leamington or Warwick area in the UK? Thanks - Google shows absolutely nothing, which seems odd!
