  1. I have the fake engine noise off most of the time too, however I like the idea of an artificial sound for sporty driving. I just don't think that they made much of an effort to get it right in this car...
  2. I'm wondering if anyone on here has changed from the Pre-2017 car to the post 2017 model? If so, have you found much difference? I have a 2014 IS300H Luxury, which is coming up on 80,000 miles and am thinking of changing up to the facelift model to keep things fresh. However they seem to be making big money, much more than the pre facelift models. I'm on the fence a bit as my one is running perfectly and I do love the car, however a few small things annoy me in it (Poor Headlights, leather wearing badly, terrible fake engine noise) and I'm wondering if they've ironed out these problems?...
  3. Good News. I got it fixed. The problem lies with the phone. I had to wipe the Cache Partition. Here's how you do it: Wipe cache partition Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key, Home key, and Power key at the same time. When the phone powers on, the Android System Recovery screen appears approx. 30 seconds later. Release all of the keys. Press the Volume down key to highlight "wipe cache partition." Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press thePower key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.
  4. Is anybody here having trouble pairing a Samsung Galaxy S7 to a 14 reg IS300h Luxury? The car recognises the phone and generates a passkey. I then select "Lexus" on the phone, but the phone says "Cannot Pair with LEXUS. Make sure LEXUS is ready to pair". I've turned it off and on again and changed various settings, but not having any luck. I'm running Android 7.0
