How can the auto headlight setting be adjusted? The dipped headlights are set too high and it causes problems for on-coming traffic. All advice appreciated

Hi, I have tried to reset the operational sequence of the rear quarter lights my 2006 SC 430 and it it does work, however when I use the roof again I have to go through the programming sequence again. Has anyone any idea how to make this a permanent change?
