Thanks Herbie, but it's the second bulb I've tried, 1st was a Lucas and this one is a Ring? I understand new ballast is £400 Getting it tested by anyone other than a dealer seems to be a problem?

Hi I've successfully replace a bulb on drivers side. The bulb on passenger side had gone pink so needed replacing, I've put new bulbs and the light comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out!? Any ideas please?
