See pics The 2 AMPS seem identical although the amp ending 0W181 is from , i believe a GS and more recent the plugs look identical the AMPS look identical but the 0W181 can be up to £100 cheaper Has no one else spotted this and if so can it by used in place of the 0W180 Thanks 2 connectors needed as from actual 2004 RX300 AMP 0W180 2 CONNECTIRS AS FROM AMP 0W181

Hi I want to throw in a replacement amp As I think mine has gone See pic of the connectors the question is what amp should I be looking for 4 channel ? How complex does it need to be and is there an adapter her new or what wires do i need from these plugs to put into an aftermarket amp I just plan to buy one cheapish/seconhand But have no idea about wires Everything works on my audio system even the volume controls so I am guessing the amp is the fault as no sound. Not even a snap,crackle or pop. I am no way spending £200+ to have this repaired .but will happily assign £75 To £100 for second hand Alpine or anything no idea how many channels I need though or how to connect Thanks any advice Pic diagrams suggestions welcome

Interestingly enough the riverside airbag on strut is good and full like an inflated innertube the passenger side is empty i can squeeze it and hear the air push out so maybe thats the obvious fault ?

So continuing on my investigation as to why my RX drives like a Plank on Castors Rear sensors cleaned Car height does adjust and compressor kicks in and cuts out still only shows N and Hi will show Lo and accept after standing overnight. as you can see from the first photo having Jacked the front to max height on trolley it lifts the entire side ,decieving pic but both wheels off ground I then proceeded to lift passenger side and place 3 Tonne Jacks Both front Wheels off and have attached separate photos of the Left and Right front struts Appreciate if you can see there condition help and or advice do i convert or do i continue digging they look in quite a bad way is it really worth trying to salvage then or replace like for like . Update on amp is I now have full audio volume so dial turns and shows from Zero to 58 but still no sound this was courtesy of the usa SITE DESCRIBING A FIX PROCEDURE NO I JUST HAVE TO SUSS

I looked on the ClubLexus usa site and did the following .. removed all Amp + Radio fuses front engine and passenger side . disconected battery and waited 5 mins .RESULT Well well i now have the Volume working but no sound so where as before the audio control stayed at zero i now have the full range volume control up to 58.. But still no sound from any speaker NOT EVEN A Crackle or Hiss HELP LOL

looks like my Martin Levinson AMP has given up the ghost can i put in say an aftermarket Alpine or Pioneer or any recommendation to replace it with ? I have all the boot out anyway ,and have a couple of cars so can afford to leave it unassembled until i find an option these are the 2 blocks plugged into back of the AMP however there seems to be NO power at all going into the block nearest to right of the pic ...

yes thats what i am thinking to be honest heres some pics of fault codes however i had fuses out and all sorts but put them back and ran diagnostic and all cleared except ATF .i think Coil Struts is the easy fix as it really is an amazing car and i have already stripped boot so very easy rear access i have not jacked front yet and looked at the sensors started on the back as it was such a simple e place to get to if any one can point me in a full conversion kit direction thats the next step . Im very amatuer and enjoy pottering still need to sort out audio issue no sound have located amp and it would seem no power to it but all else works except volume and have checked fuses

I purchased the RX300 SE-L for £900 with the fault I have a unit as i own a car wash and plenty of tools Yes i dissembled both rear sensors and cleaned them inside gently . The car was lower this morning and the compressor kicked in and did raise it , also interestingly the Lo position worked when i pressed it which it didn't before .but didn't after the light blinks then goes solid green but the car is still stiff. as you will see i have totally dismantled rear loading area to access everything as also dealing with a no audio issue. have run diagnostic and the front height also show as fault HOWEVER the ride is still rock hard ,the car is superb and in amazing condition with full full history none showing Height sensor repairs , I bought it as guessed if i cannot repair it i will strip the good stuff and sell parts so im comfy that i can recoup the money , i dont really want to be buying new sensors if its the air struts,. certainly happy to replace either as there is value in the car for me also has 3 fully working keys etc..

thought to delve deeper as i was removing rear trim anyway simple task to pull out the lot located AMP in rear boot space awkward to access unless you break it down patiently took me an hour fortunately i have the space and tools although i am NOT a mechanic . passenger side fuse not blown need to check others some pics attached

just thought i would add a couple of pics as i have been valeting the car had no idea sat nav thing was in the boot by wheel tools there is of course a little flap to pull open but i had already removed all the plastic casing to clean out 2 pics attached I hope

so all functions and displays well steering control is in place AM I MISSING SOMETHING as system turned however if I turn the volume knob on centre console its not changing from Zero (0) steering wheel volume controls do not respond either but mode and chanel change do . is there a mute or audio fuse or any help welcome

so guys i have explored all the reviews and fixes for air suspension posted on here I have jacked the car engine off .Disconnected Battery removed both rear height sensors and cleaned them . The car is higher hopefully i can attach some pics . However when driving going over the slightest bump i feel like im on a bucking bronco.Hard Ride is an understatement what would be the next point of attack I will put a call out to breakers yard dot com and get the rear height sensors any other parts i can explore or need to explore to repair/replace.it still doesn't stop or move into Lo nd if i switch between N and Hi makes no difference . I can hear the compressor going by rear drivers side corner but no movement in vehicle height if i try and rock any corner the car is rigid like rigor mortise set in
