How do you get your new car showing on the app or website under My Lexus, it says you need a VIN number to add it I have an order number etc but that's it? I had my old NX that was part exchanged still in mime and have removed that.

I had a response back from Customer services today after trying endlessly to get in touch with the salesman at my local dealership. My NX350h F Sport (ordered February 2022) is finally in production and they are looking at a delivery date to me in July sometime. Im just glad its finally moving i was sick to death of the constant stupid emails say great news your car has now been delayed again!. roll on July.

Congrats I can't wait to get mine its been so long I part exchanged my previous 67 plate nx so we have been down to the wife's car since Feb 22 ots a royal pain in the backside.

Hey all, has anyone got their NX yet. I ordered my 350h F Sport in blue with red and black interior in February 2022 and its been pushed back constantly. I had an email today from lexus Stockport to say its now pushed back until July. I'm slowly losing patience with them it will be 18 months of waiting in July. Just noticed a few have I should have read all the pages. I'm hoping my fsport has the 360 camera on when it comes it should be it was on the spec.

Hi All, I picked up my NX Premier last Saturday from Lexus Nottingham. Its the 2017 version as i got a good deal it only had 36 miles on clock and was pre registered. I'm loving it its so smooth and also so quick off the mark for its size. I previously owned a Civic EX so quite a step up. The guys at the dealership in Nottingham were telling me about the Saturday Wash Club service they provide for their customers which sounded fantastic. unfortunately i'm from Manchester so i'm not driving to Nottingham every month to get the car washed. Does anyone know if any of the North West dealerships provide this service? many thanks in advance. Hodders.
