Looking for some help . Ive had issues with my lexus cutting out after start up. When going through the fault finding process i found the sensor next to the fuel filter was damaged and possible allowing air into the fuel line . Does anyone know what this sensor is called and what its for , looks like a low pressure sensor but cant seem to find a def answer as to what it is .

Looking for some help , i have a 220d 2007 not had many probs but over the last few days on start up in the morning the revs die and it cuts out. It will start up after a few attempts then its fine for the rest of the day. I seen a post about the same issue but the cause or fix wase not posted. If anyone has knowledge of this issue any help would be appreciated .

Did you get to the bottom of this problem , im having the same issue and would appreciate some help identifying the problem ?
