LS 500 S-Flow

I've seen that video clip except there is no button for that on the 500 I believe, unless I'm blind -
Only noticed not too long ago that nothing was coming out of the back air vents when me or my dad was driving and found out that S-Flow is the reason. Problem is that I have no idea how to get there to change the setting. Can anybody help?
