Hi My IS200 automatic 1999 model is stuck at 3K rpm and doesn't show any error lights on the dashboard. I've had the throttle body completely replaced a couple months ago and it fixed the problem but now it's back. The engine was vibrating as well, and i had no power when trying to accelerate. What are some possible issues here? Thanks
