Thanks Herbs. I spoke to Lexus Stockport today and they said there is no filter to change only drain and fill. I don't believe that...they do have filters don't they?

Hi all, New to this forum, great to be here. I am wanting to carry out a transmission fluid and filter change on my 2008 LS460 with 94k miles. Although I change my own oil and oil filter, I have never performed a transmission fluid and filter change myself on any car of mine. What I am after is someone who knows how to do this properly and will guide me through the steps in person. in a supervisory/training capacity. This is a more complicated job than an oil service but I still outright refuse to hand my car over to any mechanics as they usually say "leave the car with us" or "there's the waiting room." Not interested in any of that nonsense. I want to see the process myself from start to finish. Would massively appreciate thoughts/suggestions or anyone willing to do this with me.
