  1. On the sat nav info graphics that shows the power from engine to motors to wheels etc, my rear wheels very infrequently seem to have power from the rear motor to the wheels, but often the rear wheels charging the motor, is this normal? It has shown power going to the rear wheels out from the rear motor very occasionally, normally at low speeds. sorry for the simple question.
  2. No it was complimentary done by the garage I bought the car from, top service to be honest.
  3. Hi all, just bought my fourth Lexus, a 55 plate RX400h, just needed an interim car after taking voluntary redundancy and wanted a Lexus again. I had literally one of the first is200 when they arrived in the UK, and had two sport cross models also, so glad to be back with Lexus. ‘Have to say that despite having done 110,000 miles (eek) the interior is still like new, and the black leather is in superb condition, still feels and runs like a Lexus, if you know what I mean.
  4. Thanks for the help. Took it back to the garage who were very helpful, took apart the heater unit and it turns out that there is a piece where pins sit in some grooves on an adjacent piece and one of the pins were not seated correctly, causing that noise and a rattling at speed, the engineer reset the pins and all seems good
  5. Yes. Seems to be fine but taking it back to dealer tomorrow so will update tomorrow.
  6. Think it may be coming from the steering wheel binnacle actually? Seems to be almost inaudible today. I adjusted the little button which moves the position of the wheel and can’t hear it now!
  7. Apologies. Noobie error. It’s coming from behind the instrument binnacle, when stationary and also when moving slowly and then when stopping. Also does it when the key is one position from the “ready” position. IMG_0991.MOV
  8. Sounds like it’s coming from behind the instrument binnacle. Was doing it yesterday when I stopped at lights etc.
  9. Anyone have any idea of what this noise might be. It’s a funny pulsing whirring noise. IMG_0990.MOV
