I think you might find its the duel mass fly wheel which is failing. Question:does it appear worse when the weather is damp/wet? I have the same problem with an IS 200D ADVANCE. The clutch peddle sticks due to water in the clutch fluid causing the clutch to stick /slip as it is not completely engaging the only cure is a new flywheel clutch and possibly clutch slave.
