05 RX300 Bumpers

Hi. Both have been badly impacted especially the front which has metal sticking out of it. The rear is cracked badly and the brake light hole is smashed. -
Hi all, Unbelievably both bumpers on my 05 RX300 need replacing. I’m getting quotes of £500 to £600 per bumper which seems high. Does this sound right and can anyone recommend someone who could help in the Harrow/Ruislip area of the world? Thanks!
