Plugged in code reader and there is no codes coming up. Checked auto box oil and it’s black and smells so going to get it changed.

Yes it revs up fine it’s only when I’m driving and Accelerating ( cold anything under 7c )

What is the recommendation grade of oil for the auto box on a 52 plate is200 and how much do I need ?

Nothing in service history about it being done. And I’ve had it a yr and not done it. I’ve was told the ATF is good up to 250k and I’ve just clocked 160

In the cold weather it’s slow to pick up ( it a auto ) but when weather is warm it drives perfect and picks up quickly.

On cold days my is200 is really gut less ( more than normal ) but when weather is warm it’s back to normal. Any ideas ?
