Yes they are dropping over time.

Since I changed my valves and oil seal in the top gasket after a cat block, I have noticed smoke build up when I Rev and its embarrassing. The mechanic said I need to buy new engine as the engine maybe affected. But the diagnostics doesn’t show any problem.
