Rx300 suspension problem

Good morning wondering if anyone could help I recently purchased a 2004 Lexus RX300 petrol 3.0. The car has dropped to the passenger side however the shocker is brand new. The button in the car to raise and lower the suspension is inoperative.

Good morning I have a 2004 Rx300h on air suspension. Unfortunately it has dropped on the passenger side however it has a brand new shocker that has been fitted? The button inside to raise and lower is inoperative. Any suggestions as to what this could be? Thanks in advance
