He was able to identify in minutes what others had bulls***d about, fixed the problem giving me a choice of genuine or non-branded parts with accompanying reasonable pricing. My Lexus now drives so smoothly and purrs quietly. The knowledge and proactive customer service are second to none and definitely something to shout about!
