Hi guys, I am having a nightmare! I had an RX 400h that I could several years ago, someone wrote it off (not one hurt thank goodness)! I have bought another one, a 2008 and I love it!! I need a towbar as I use it for taking my horse to competitions (I did this with the old one)! However, the vehicle was fitted with the frame work for the towbar but no detachable swan neck!! I have been trying to find one for two months! Westfalia have messed me around like you wouldn't believe - they have one, they don't have one, it's on order from Germany, what was my name again? No, we don't have an order. We can't get you one but can sell you a full kit!! I am at my wits end!! Can anyone help!! I can pay up to £150 but I really don't have the money to go any higher than that or buy a new one - Thank you - Suzie
