Hi Haz You should do a physical check and see if the arm has ceased. What happened my 2008 car is that the axle of the unit was physically broken but on a visual inspection it appeared fine. The fact that the lights don’t move when you turn on the car indicates to me that it’s the sensor unit at rear is the issue. Noel

I recently had to change the Front Left hand side dim bulb. However the Lexus garage replaced the defective bulb (D2S HID) with a D4S HID bulb. However now when lights are on for a short period both Dim bulbs go out. Is this because of an incorrect replacement bulb? These bulbs are expensive so if it is a bulb issue I would like to be able to return to my Lexus garage and demand the correct bulb to be fitted Noel
