Replace the Exhaust Regulating Valve on my Lexus IS220d year 2000, as code 4006 came up the motor was gone to earth i think. Fitted the New assembly, Car will not start now, does sound like the engine is not firing when turning over? Usually starts quickly as only done 70,000 miles. I think codes have been removed.
