Front lights washer nozzle stolen

My 2012 RX450h had its front light washer nozzle stolen. I bought a cover online from Lexus spares but now notice a small cylinderical device fits between the washer and the cover. Lexus do not sell that device except as a whole rubber washer device costing over £130. Any suggestions how I may be able to obtain the little plastic that links the cover to the washer other than purchasing the whole contraption? All suggestions gratefully received.
