Thanks Paul for the sound advice, We have 3 Lexus Dealerships within 5 to 40 mile radius, I shall be calling at 08.00 on Monday morning to get the screen replaced and book in for the new Lexus Relay Full 5 Year Service Schedule.

We have a beautiful Rosso Red 2016 NX300H Lux with Advanced Driver-Assistance Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatous Emergency Breaking with distance control we have owned for 18 months, today we have booked in with Autoglass to have a severely cracked windscreen replaced next Saturday, I’m not very confident that Autoglass will have the correct Lexus OEM windscreen in stock in time let alone be able to calibrate correctly, does any one on the NX forum know of a Lexus glass replacement specialist in North London, or should I go to the local Lexus Service Center? I’m a new member please advise on the best course of action. Thanks you Adam Collins
