Lexus CT200h AC buttons not working at all. Code U0164

Hi I have checked the fuses and replaced both ac crompressor and the ac module. Still nothing but the same issue. -
Hi I got a 2011 Lexus CT, the ac buttons dont work at all completely dead. The display say climate control error please see dealer. The scanner gives code u0164. If anyone could help me pls Thanks
