    Hello Colin Yes, I did turn it on but as you say it only charges intermittently when driving along. So frustrating and also annoying since I paid a lot of money for the Mous case.

    High all just bought an iPhone 12 case and tried to charge from iQ pad on my Takumi No joy at all 😟 Any ideas anyone?

    New Takumi would not connect using theLink app. Contacted Lexus UK and was connected to Craig. Superb response, after about 10 minutes all seemed to go okay and a coule of hours later the app connected. Craig phoned me to say he had been in touch with Belgium to confirm Excellent service, if you are having problems can throughly advise to get in touch with Craig Alan.
