I took delivery of my 350h at the beginning of Feb and noticed a rattle, noticeable at low speeds, coming from the drivers’s door in my view.
It went in to the dealer yesterday and the technician also thought it was coming from within the door.
Turns out it wasn’t the door but one of the panoramic roof brackets. They packed it with felt and re-torqued it and all is now silent again.😬- 1

It's under Bluetooth settings page 100 to turn sync contacts to on. Then page 242 to do it manually if auto sync doesn't work
Dave2951, Just for info : if you download the PDF and open it in a PDF reader, you can search for key words which makes finding things very easy.😊

Unsure, but as I had two orders placed I can see both references which are:
31/12 = KP5051
10/01 = KQ0674
So was just interested to try and work out what they mean. Assume the letters are dealer or factory references and the numbers are build spots...
My NX 350h order was September, delivered January and the reference was KG3911 so it looks as though the second letter is sequential (G: Sept, P: Dec, Q:Jan) but the 4 numbers don’t give any useful information.

That’s a gorgeous color! Mine would be very similar if not the same, it’s called Terrain Khaki.
Hi @ElenaNX.
The colours are exactly the same. Lexus universal paint code is 6X4. The name is Nori Green in the US and Terrain Khaki in the UK.

I agree - I don't attach any blame on my dealer. I think they are being let down by inaccurate or inconsistent information from Lexus UK.
I'm getting a 350h in Sonic Grey / Black & Rich Cream interior / Premium Plus Pack.
Definitely not dealer fault. Mine arrived at the dealership on 28 January but the system was still showing a delivery date of 22 February! The Central System is not world class!, unlike the cars 😬

Oh, amazing colour. I thought it was called Terrane Khaki. I am after the same one.
In the UK it was always Terrane Khaki when I got my UX. But in the US it was Nori Green. When talking to dealership staff they tend to talk about Nori green so I have followed suit.

I am sure the price will change and unlikely to be lower. Good shout on having it in writing.
It was £1.94 to change from UX to old NX from now until mid May (plus £15 admin). No complaints from me!😬

Thanks for the comment John.
already done so on the policy document: 😬
“The description shown below for XXX is the closest match we have to your vehicle. When our database has been updated, we'll send new documents and let you know if the price changes.”

The new NX will be my first experience of RFs so I'm not sure what to expect. None of the reviews I have read or viewed of the car so far (and I think I've seen them all 😄) have mentioned any adverse impact on the car due to the RFs - quite the opposite in fact with reviewers saying how quiet the car is and how nicely it drives. I'm not overly concerned about punctures because, as others have said, they are extremely rare (famous last words).
I'm prepared to give the RFs the benefit of the doubt for now but if I don't like them, or get a puncture in one early on, I will swap them out for standard tyres and carry a spacesaver.
My 2020 UX was my first experience of RF’s in 42 years of driving. I have done 12500 miles on them and have been perfectly happy with them. My added bonus is that no spare gives more boot space.😬

Spent 29 minutes on the phone to my current insurer trying to insure my NX 350h Takumi that I am picking up later today.
The 2022 NX is not yet on their system. The underwriters told the advisor to put it in as a 2021 NX 300h and that they will revise the price and update the policy when the vehicle is on their system.
Glad I rang them before getting the car rather than when I was at the dealer…..

Any of you guys expert at tracking ships, is there one on the way? How do you find out?
I tracked mine from Nagoya, to Singapore, to Suez Canal, to Alexandria, to Livorno and then to Portbury near Bristol. It was on a ship called Porgy. All the details you need can be found in the 115 pages of this thread on the GR Yaris forum. It was great fun but drove my wife mad!

I'm expecting delivery of my new NX 450h+ F-Sport in March. The new car will arrive with 235/50 r20 run-flat tyres but a little research shows that none of the main tyre vendors (KwikFit, Black Circles, National Tyres etc.) stock 235/50r20 run flat tyres. I did contact Lexus marketing who stated that they've done a deal with a large UK tyre wholesaler who will be able to supply the fitters but I wonder how long it will take them to obtain supplies in an emergency. I wonder if it might be worth purchasing a tyre repair kit. Any thoughts?
In this situation I would, for the first 3 years, rely on Lexus Care to provide a replacement car while a tyre is sourced, and / or to take me and my family to our destination. It is not something I would worry about.

My vehicle appeared automatically in the App at the same time as I got an email from Lexus confirming that I had made an order. Strangely though, it only said “NX” - no model details or engine details or Transmission details. The progress of the order in the App also lagged behind the automatic emails sent from Lexus advising it in build, left the factory etc.
If it doesn’t appear, and you don’t get emails from Lexus, perhaps ask your dealer to get Lexus UK to do it manually?

This is a superb technical video by Melissa O’Connell from Nothside Lexus taking you through the whole Profile setup, with step by step instructions.
I will be playing it again when I pick up my NX 350h later this week.
Hope it helps.

Hi Elena,
Unfortunately the App didn’t show the build at all. The first information I received was when it had left the factory. I think my order details were not fully entered into the app.

I ordered my NX 350h Takumi in Nori Green on 4 Sept.
It left the Japanese port of Nagoya on 20 December on Vehicle Transporter Porgy.
Voyage then was:
Suez Canal, Egypt 5 Jan
Alexandria, Egypt 6 Jan
Livorno, Italy 9 Jan
Portbury UK 15 Jan
Then it went to Derby for PDI 19 Jan
Arrived Lexus Hedge End today 28 Jan.
I will be picking it up next week. 😬😬 Hope this helps some people with the timeline. I followed the ship on Marine Traffic site and myshiptracking.com
