You need someone in the boot with a torch and someone outside with a hose. With a leak as bad as yours you should be able to spot where it's coming in. It's unlikely to be the seams, more likely a rubber seal.
Don't forget to let him out when you've finished.

I've had a long history with Bridgestones....since 2007,every car I've bought has had Bridgestones.First was a Porsche Cayman..loads of punctures on the rear and fronts survived , although they started to crack between the treads. The rears were about twice the width of an average tyre so I suppose they had twice the chance of getting punctured.
When I retired I sold the Porsche and bought 2 new Mazdas CX7 and MX5...both with Bridgestones..they were ok...the MX5 was still on its original tyres when I sold it 9..10 years later...with no cracking. although I suspect this was due to low mileage and being garaged.
Then bought the RC in early 2022...again with Bridgestones!Last service and MOT,the very inside of the rears were very badly worn to the stage where they needed replacing. This time I switched to Continental SC7.I think they are better, but until the front Bridgestones need changing in a few months ,I can't be certain .Rabbers also has an RC and has a full set of Continentals and is very pleased.

They are all a bit iffy and expensive.😝. But not as iffy and expensive as Porsche dealers🚙
Entirely agree....as my bank balances can show, and I can also sleep better.

Yes - forgot about the vinyl roofs 😅
I wonder why....?
They never made a comeback, for some reason.

Reminds me of the brown Austin Allegro with the square steering wheel. What was not to like 😀
I believe they did a nice beige too.
They often came with vinyl roofs....so best to delete the sun/panoramic roof option.

Your manual may well contain the answer.

That dash is leather, not plastic.
I think you are mistaken...it is almost certainly a man made material, albeit with a leather look-alike grain.I would suspect the nearest it has been to a cow is the last time it went past a MacDonalds.

I remember reading somewhere ages ago NOT to use Rain X on the front screen, only on side and rear.

Is it possible that the protective film on new car screens is still there and was never removed. These films are sometimes of such good quality, they are very hard to see.I found a piece of protective film on one of my watch bracelets recently...after 4 years of wear!.......insert chosen Specsavers joke here..

He might be misdescribing the wheel centre caps.

Well it looks a lot better than that stupid Transit van thing with a pair of armchairs in the back and a Scania truck grille on the front.

I bought the car about 3 yrs ago and downloaded the Lexus update to update the nav system (MM 19).At the first attempt,I used a 64gb stick and it wouldn't work. Then I read the manual (I know..RTFM) and used a 32 GB stick formatted to Fat32 and it worked.I would assume that the system can only accommodate a 32 GB stick.... whether for map updates,or music storage.
It's really simpler to use your phone as a storage medium.

I'm not certain on this, but my 2020 RC system only accepted a 32gb stick when updating the nav.system..I guess the same will apply to audio.

This all sounds like a lot of hot air to me.

Góod dashcams come with a sensor that cuts off power when the Battery gets below a certain adjustable voltage.I installed mine about 2years ago and no problems since.

yes the cost will be approx £2000.
There is no space for spare wheel.
I don't know how you get to £2000.
I bought a space saver for my RC last year for about £270.It sits on my boot floor and doesn't slide around. It still leaves ample space for luggage or shopping. And,no,the RC doesn't have a large boot. Was your spare gold or some exotic material?

This statement from Lexus resulting from the BBC article could be very positive news.
......I only hope the "developers" of the Link App are kept away from this project.

It may be worth getting checked for cataracts as that tends to cause excessive glare
Definitely agree on the eye examination.Catatacts sometimes develop fairly slowly,so you may not notice your vision worsening.Once treated(outpatients for an afternoon)anda few days recovery you are as good as new.

The boot seal on my RC easily closes on my Noco trickle charger cable, with no damage to either seal or cable.
