I think the 2nd Gen NXs have to beep at least 30 times per drive, so if they haven't all been used up during normal driving conditions, any excess beeps are discharged once the journey has finished.

On several occasions now at the end of a journey and putting the car into park on my Gen2, the infotainment has either lost my profile or lost connection to my phone connected via bluetooth. All had been well before parking up. Just seems very odd. Curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing.

We should have a software upgrade wishlist! Mine would include wireless Android Auto with automatic switching (none of this toggling on/off nonsense), and more DAB presets.

My 350h now stops the pre heat after 10 minutes - used to run for 20. This is when it decides it wants to run. Interestingly, whilst it may warm the car up it usually steams the windows as if the a/c is off.

The dings, bings and bongs aka audible warnings can be a bit annoying, but I suspect they are a sign of the times. Only 6 favourite DAB radio 'slots' is a pita on my view. Check it's had any recall work done (front radar is one) and all the dealer of the fuel cap flap had been changed (a known issue). A great, if rather unexciting car - its a luxury hybrid SUV not some Italian exotica

But you might as well input the destination directly into the car's nav of your in the car if sat in it. Both the MB and Audi apps allow the user to send a destination to the car - and they are probably running older tech platforms.

Climate is (always) and dry to auto. The 'aircon' function isn't coming on at all - these last few days have confirmed. I I've had climate control on cars for years and the aircon function has/has to be on. Looks like I'll have to have a play with the settings...

Hi, whenever I start my 350h, the light on the aircon button is always off, but which I believe signals that the aircon is off. I this happens even if the car was switched off with the light/aircon on. Is my understanding of the light correct and how do I get the aircon to be always on? Car is in 'normal' mode, I not eco if that makes a difference. Ta

How do I switch the brake hold on please? (also missing this having had it in 4 Mercs). Thanks

Thought I'd add some photos of my new 350h, which I collected on Monday. Ordered early November '21. With Lexus Link and Premium Pack.

Not really sure. I got a provisional collection date which hasn't changed. Only a few days I think. Was surprised the dealer got the car so late in the process though

Kinto were really slow with mine to last week. Managed to get the lease company to book a provisional collection date subject to Kinto ok. Also feel Burnaston were really slow as they appear to have the car almost 7 weeks. Hardly sock pulling up on the part of Toyota/Lexus given the already long (13 months) delay. Anyway, collecting the car this Monday!

I'm hoping my 350h is closer to delivery. I've gotten the VIN and a registration number...

I recall watching Aussie based reviews of the new NX and they had wired only Carplay too, so not just an Android/UK/EU issue. That said, I find my wireless Android Auto on my new Audi A3 as pain in the back side most times (pot luck which phone it connects to and Spotify regularly fails to load).
