Hi, I have a Lexus LS 460 SE-LA Several warning lights stay on for weeks, then disappear but come back again. Had it plugged in a few times and it says cat 4 bank two faulty. She drives fine but I cant use cruise control etc. Seems odd for cat to be gone if as she runs so well. Any ideas? a loose sensor perhaps? Any help would be appreciated
