    Perfect thanks, went smoothly. In case anyone reads this in future: the 24mm fill plug is about halfway up on one side. Not far above a little pipe/cable thing on the exterior of the gearbox. You can't get a socket in so will need a spanner. the 24mm drain plug is on the other side, near the bottom unsurprisingly.

    6 speed manual is200 2005 UK model. I've identified the fill plug as 24mm hex, what size is the drain for the gearbox fluid? I see conflicting things so double checking. Thanks
