    I suspect that the jingles you refer to are coming from your dash cam. This jingles on start up and shut down. I think the intermittent sound is due to you having 'parking mode' switched on, which is picking up your movement in the car when you are stationary, i.e. in traffic, even though you are 'driving'. You can turn 'sounds' off in the dash cams 'set up'. If you don't have a dash cam fitted then obviously, ignore this.
