I have bought a lexus ct200h. Steering has a problem on bumps and un even surface. Its like rattling noise. Acting like steering wheel rod is not absorbing bumps. Last MOT shows that it has little ply in steering wheel but that was advisory. The car is in dealers warranty. So please help me to find our is it normal or big fault
