Hi - hoping someone can assist - I have a 2007 IS220d sport with 100.000 miles. Recently serviced/MoT passed. Check VSC light went on and limp mode. RAC thought it was DPF but I had DPF specialist do diagnostic and they thought possibly the sensor as DPF showed as clean. They quoted £1100 for a new DPF sensor! Taken to local garage who haven’t been able to help. It has been suggested to me that I get a carbon clean as maybe the EGR and it may solve the issue? The car only does short journeys and low mileage now which doesn’t help but I’m hoping there is an easy solution as car in great condition and I don’t want to have to scrap it! Any thoughts anyone ?
