  1. Brand new never left the box. Lost the car before I could install it. More info here: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/553606836873712/
  2. Indeed, once I checked with the first replacement it was definitely a little brighter than the old bulb on the other side though, so. I imagine it helped
  3. MOT passed. Replaced bulbs6and polished headlights. Previous owner replaced bulbs and didn't put the metal prongs back in place, tut tut. So probably the reason for misalignment because no adjustment was needed. On my car, there are two slots that the bulb slots into so there is a position the bulb must be in, but you can't get it wrong. So happy days! Thanks again for the help!
  4. Oh when I looked at videos they suggested the orientation of the bulb isn't controllable and doesn't matter. The lenses are dull and yellowed, I've tried the turtle restoration kit, I'll go through the process again. The chrome behind is shiny and look good. I've ordered new xenon bulbs for the dipped beam.
  5. Okay I'm still confused with the bulb 😕 the mot failure just says headlamp aim projected beam image is incorrect
  6. Ah okay. I think the direction and intensity problems are only with the main beam bulb. So that'll be a halogen?
  7. The time has come to attempt the repairs. Does it matter if I use xenon or Halogen bulbs. Thanks again for all of your help everyone
  8. Super, thank you! So the housing etc. on the is220 and is 250 is the same or at least similar? As for the intensity not being intense enough, more turtle wax poliahing7and sanding?
