Since downloading the supposed software upgrade on NX350h, the Link+ app has stuck on the date of the download. Can’t use remote lock or car pre heat etc. And sat nav is absolute nonsense most of the time. Anyone having similar issues / solutions please

Since last software update I get a request to accept privacy notice T’s & C’s every time I restart the car. Any ideas how to stop that happening? -
I have a 23 plate NX350h and the boot closure has 2 buttons on the hatch to close it. One just closes it as normal, the other has the symbol of a lock and the handbook is a bit vague on what it does. Any owners figured it please?

Dealer led me to believe that they where not available for my new 350h, but Lexus OEM versions are available @ lexuspartsdirect.co.uk.

Hi everyone, anyone with the latest NX350h, looking for a bit of advice on the sat nav. Any idea if you can get the names of towns on the map? Was really helpful on my previous car (VW) Checked handbook and settings but only seems to give option for road numbers. Any help appreciated. Cheers
