    Just to follow up on this. I used Autosol Chrome-plated Polish . I think it was just stubborn dirty which didn't come off with a wash mitt, but I only really focussed on the stained areas (as I didn't want to damage the finish) and it came up lovely.

    The grille on my IS is stained (see pics). This is the smoky chrome finish surround. It isn't corrosion or pitted, but even after a good clean (wash mit and ValetPRO Advanced Poseidon Car Wash) the marks remain. What would be the best product/method to clean this in people's experience?

    Do all the IS300h have keyless entry and start? Other than keeping your key away from the front door and/or in a Faraday pouch, does anyone take any other actions to prevent issues with this?
