I have just taken delivery of my NX 450H+ and despite having Lexus talk me through setting up the app, I am unable to connect the app to the car. It just says trying to log you in and eventually times out. The guy at Lexus has said that it probably a problem with the settings on my phone, but I have done everything he asked. I have no VPN, DNS or Ad blockers installed. I am at a loss with it. I must have tried it at least 50 times now.
I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max: does anyone have a clue as to what the problem may be or having similar problems. Otherwise this is going to be a trip to the dealership which is quite a long way away.
