so i assume then that the bellhousing for the is200 and 3sgte are interchangeable....what about reliabilty and strength...can the is200 'box withstand approx 350-450hp and are they any sequential boxes offered for this engine

good day fellow members.... i have plans on puttin a 3sgte into an IS200 and was wondering if the IS200 gearbox would bolt right back onto the 3SGTE.....and would it be able to withstand the torque and would i need to make changes to the rear-end and what would be a good one to use to harness that kind of power thanx

can't the 3sgte fit back using the mounts and stuff from the IS200, along with the IS200 gearbox, or he would still need to do a lot of fabrication work it sounds like a good idea, what you are doing, but when doing swaps many things can happen

well i didn't kno dat the 6cyl 'tezza is known as a AS200. as i said we here in Barbados does get the crappy version of most vehicles. there are a few RS200 here but none of them or modified. there is one that is t'charged but it runnin sumting like 6psi, whuch, 2 me sucks

hi guys, if yall had recently acquired one of these vehicles and it has in the 1JZ engine which i tink is 2500cc. what engine and suspension mods would yall do wid it. and if possible post some sites in which i can acquire these parts that yall are goin 2 mention

well yah see, i am not sure what an AS200 is, but we here in barbados, get the $#itty end of the vehicles dat sell out there on the automotive market. the Altezza (as it is known here) comes with the Beams 6cyl and the Beams 4cyl which is a 3SGE.

thanx for yall help. but a 2JZGTE conversion is very expensive here in Barbados. BTW, where can i find a site that sells performance parts for this engine?

hi guys, as yall can see i am new here to this very informative forum. anyways i would like 2 kno how yall guys/gals would go about modifying the Altezza/IS200 dat comes wid the 2litre 6cyl engine. are there any turbo kits for this engine? would a 2JZGTE fit or is it best 2 use a 3SGTE? thanx for yall insights
