I did try to start the car with key near the start button but seems like it is not detecting my key 😞

Key fob not working for Lexus CT200h 2011 even after battery replacement . Tried with 2-3 different new batteries still no luck . I see a red light blink on the jey when I press on Lock/unlock button on the key. I am able to unlock the car using the manual key but the car won't start as it is not detecting the key. Any one else faced this issue.?
