I bought a used NX300h 2016, i think it may have safety issue with tailgate not stopping until it is fully down, i have young grand daughters and a dog, if either gets their arm, leg or head between the tailgate and the boot surely there should be a safety rebound to stop the tailgate fully closing and crushing the victim.
