    It was 2016. Yes, my insurance (Churchill) paid up. When I attempted to buy another Lexus, Churchill informed me that they have stopped insuring Lexus RX due to high risk.

    Lexus no longer has my business. After my Lexus Rx450h F Sport was stolen on 20/07/23, I attempted to replace it with another Rx450h. However, the most affordable insurance quote I received was £3680. As a result, I've opted for a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid instead. I believe I won't be the last customer that Lexus loses.

    I attempted to purchase an Rx450h Takumi to replace my stolen Rx450h F Sports on 20/07/23, but I was utterly shocked when I tried to find affordable insurance on Confused.com and MoneySuperMarket.com. Both websites quoted prices above £3600, a stark contrast to the £800 I paid for my F Sport last year. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option to add theft protection solutions while obtaining insurance quotes on these comparison websites. If any of you have managed to secure a cheaper quote from insurers with theft protection coverage, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

    I wish I had come a cross this forum before my car Rx450h (2017 model) got stolen on 20/07/2023 from Lee Valley Tesco Extra car park between 4:00 - 4:30 pm😩 i had my service booked on 24/07. When I informed the Woodford Lexus service Center manager called to confirm service, he was aware of the CAN Bus injection 🙈 if anyone perusing any litigation against Lexus UK, please let me know I would like to join. I am really gutted as I had my wallet, my work laptop, my house keys, etc. if you guys have any advice regarding my stolen car, I will appreciate 🙏
