Trying to renew my NX insurance with Toyota/Lexus Insurance this week August, had a REAL struggle to convince them that I had a Lexus recommended Secondary immobiliser fitted February 2023 following letter from Toyota recommending this fitting. Speaking to a Manager (Note new administrators) he said “we have NEVER heard that Toyota Insurance had fitted them”. Good Grief.!! The UK HQ for Toyota/Lexusis only 2 miles from in Epsom. What to do?? Go to another Inurance outfit ?
