  1. Are you sure you own a CT and a Yaris? The CT is globally acknowledged to have a harsh ride, and a Yaris is globally acknowledged to have a comfortable ride, and certainly not a harsh ride. If you find the CT to be a smooth ride and not harsh, either your suspension is broken or you’ve got an incredibly meaty backside.
  2. Had the car a good 6 or 7 months now. Drives great, economical, lovely materials and comfortable seats. as you’ll all know, the ride is very harsh and basically touching any of the interior trim causes a creaking noise, to a much greater extent than the Yaris hybrid I traded in for this. Sat in a Volvo this afternoon and touched around the interior trim, which was practically bulletproof. Not a single creak or movement. is this simply because the CT is Lexus’ entry level car? Presumably the ES (which I am looking at next) will be built much better? I’ll be going for a test drive soon. Thanks!
  3. I'm in a very similar position to OP (also with a 2017 F Sport). This will be my first Lexus service, although last year the car was serviced with Lexus, so it has the 12 month Relax warranty. Let's say the service itself uncovers that additional parts and thus labour are needed - stuff that is covered by the Relax warranty. Would these parts and labour be covered under the warranty itself, or are any problems that are detected during service not covered under the warranty? In other words, are out of pocket expenses beyond the service cost itself possible? Thanks!
  4. Got the service activated Lexus warranty. Got what seems to be a dodgy sounding wheel bearing (quite confident, as I've had them before). Told that it'll cost me £90 for them to investigate this. What's the £90 for, if it's covered under warranty? Thanks
