My new Lexus NX 450h+ has been with us for 6 days and in that time the central Lexus servers have transferred ownership 3 times ie removing the car from both my wife and my app link so that no details are available on the app. The car then reverts back to initial setup requiring entry of language etc.
The car is great but we cannot get the benefit of the app at all. Lexus dealer has logged a problem with Lexus Support but as yet we have no update. Has anyone else have a similar problem and if so how was it resolved ?
