Hello, I have inherited my mother’s automatic IS200, which has a cream leather interior. The consul and dash is made mostly of a black substance that seems to go soft when heated. My teenage daughter has managed to mark it with the soles of her shoes and having survived 20 years is now a mess in a matter of months. Is there any way to restore it. And does anyone know what this material is?
