  1. Thanks for posting this topic @S Dhuper I came on here again looking to see which products folks used to care for the leather seats. My driver seat has some minor creases at 6 months and 4,500 miles, but nowhere near the markings on yours. Having also gone through the saga for a 2nd key fob, getting the locking wheel nuts fitted and the original lifetime wait for the car in the first place I was hoping I could just enjoy the car. A little concerned that my driver seat might start to resemble a Prius taxi that’s done 150,000 miles. I’ve got my first service in August so will see if it gets any worse by then.
  2. Yep, I can't fit a space saver neatly in the 350h either, due to the battery in the back and mess of plastic they put in the boot. I'll just throw it in the boot space when I have to. I know they got rid of space saver due to trying to save weight for the MPG reg's (or so the industury say's). But still when you're far from home a space saver wheel seems a must have on UK roads, but thats just my view.
  3. Yes agree, but dealer said a lifting jack would be provided in due course. As I'm looking for a space saver wheel for the long-trip peace of mind, I'll be happy to have it.
  4. When I got my NX (after the short 14 month wait). I got 1 key fob and blade and told second keyfob would follow from Lexus. Later when looking into reason for delay, I also noted the missing locking wheel nuts and lifting jack. Dealer seems exposured by Lexus supply issues, but dealer told me I would be getting all the missing items. I might write to Lexus UK to get this reconfirmed. Not great, did make me look out the window and make sure I had both wing mirrors. I note Lexus has changed the current spec to remove the 2nd keyfob and locking wheels nuts, seems a bit nickel-and-diming.
