Yes I bought a Noco GB40 and as you mentioned and it’s a god send.I have never had to jump start a car for years when I ran old cars and never did I think I would have to jump start a car which cost nearly 60 grand.I’m at the moment a very unhappy Lexus owner.

Bought my first Lexus for retirement after all the positive reviews and test drive.The problem I have encountered is a flat battery after I haven’t used the car for a few days and the last time was only a couple of days ago while I had the doors open when fitting door sill protectors.Lexus advice was, I need to use the car more often which wasn’t much help .The car had only covered 1k miles and wasn’t expecting issues so early on in my ownership.My conclusion is either the 12v battery capacity isn’t high enough or there is a battery drain problem . The only drain from what I can conclude is the interior lights .Your comments would be appreciated.Thanks.

Just frustrated after waiting fourteen months to take delivery of my new car and was only informed on day of delivery that I would only be receiving one key ,as it was not a well known thing to me.Communication has been poor,so much so I arrived at the garage I originally placed the order for the car to be told by the new franchise that the Lexus dealer had moved ten miles down the road.Obviously I wasn’t very happy and to be honest spoiled which should have been a very pleasant day.

I must be fortunate as my dealer gave me an air tag to locate my key.Hope this isn’t instead of a spare key.

I took delivery of my first Lexus (350H) October this year.Disappointed that I wasn’t supplied with a second key on delivery (which I am still waiting ) and also surprised no wheel locking bolts fit,not even a wheel nut socket.To be honest wasn’t impressed with the dealer and their response. I had much better service from my last VW main dealer.Lovely car but spoiled by these issues.
