Thanks for the speedy very helpful reply. I am going from an ES300h Takumi so I have a very quiet comfortable car. -
Apart from the NX having a larger boot space and more back seat legroom, which neither really apply as a negative as this is a second car with 2 people, what would you go for and why?

Am thinking of changing my ES to a UX. I know that it will be a smaller car and would like to know what people think of the UX in terms of comfort and road noise. I know that mine is very comfortable and quiet. Any feedback would be appreciated.
