Thanks for your response. I did try using it as a guest so I know it cannot be an issue with my phone pairing, I will probably have to contact Lexus customer services.

My screen is smaller than the 12" one and I use Lexus Link plus. Not sure if this helps!

I own a 2023 Lexus 250h F Sport. Although I have used my SatNav quite often, I am experiencing a problem which prevents me from using the SatNav. Whenever I select a favourite or a new location and press 'Go' I keep getting the same message telling me that there are no routes available when obviously there are! I tried using the SatNav as a Guest, but still the same response. I have also unpaired my iPhone and re-paired it again but still the same issue. I would be grateful for any help on this one.
