  1. Hi Ken. Thank you for your response. Appreciate your time on this. Apology for the delay in responding. Unfortunately work gets in the way of most things. As well as being away from the car - I have a company vehicle as well - I have looked at the options you suggest. Unfortunately, but thank you for suggesting it, I cannot just switch the screen off. To be able to do so you actually have to see the options to do so on the very screen which doesn't come on in the first place. As said previously, the Nav Screen doesn't like to come on. Every thing else does. I can switch the radio on etc. but I cannot see to change a station or source. It does come on eventually, but often after MANY on off sequences of the Main Engine / System Start button. I shall take this to Lexus. Thank you again for your input. Pete
  2. As a fairly new and first time owner of a Lexus, I have to say I am not disappointed. However. Having bought my 2019 NX300H in April 2023 it soon developed a very annoying habit. At random times, the main centre mounted display will not "Wake Up" when the Start button is pressed. Not all the time, but seems to be worse when starting on very cold days. Requires at times, many On-Off repeat sequences. Most annoying because for driving you don't have ANY of the graphic features only available on this panel. I also feel it causes undue wear and tear on the self aligning steering column, because as you know, it retracts and extends every time you press start or stop. I mentioned this to Lexus Edinburgh in October when the car was in for a service and they thought a System Software update might fix it. Sadly - Not! Obviously this is one of the faults that is NEVER demonstrable at the garage! Can anyone shed any advice or thoughts on my annoying little friend? Thanks guy's, Pete
